Hello! I made some clown hats because I really love clowns and being silly! Made of rigid felt, fabrics and lace. These are larger, 25 inches head opening and measure 12 inched high. Can be pinned to your hair, or will sit perfectly on your head. Now, these are handmade and not totally perfect but I think they are pretty cool and I hope you like them!!
