User error

It’s perfectly crafted. However, word of caution! I placed mine on my purse and ended up cracking the glass on both sides of the locket. So just take into consideration where you’ll be hanging it. I retired mine and placed it in a safe spot on my wall so I don’t get glass shards anywhere or do more damage to the locket than I already did.
